The children enjoyed a disco this afternoon. We played lots of different games.
Diversity week

As part of our learning we explored what it might be like to be deaf or to not be able to understand others. The children learnt some makaton and performed "Twinkle Twinkle little Star."
Collective Worship

In Collective Worship we prayed together and asked God to help us to include everyone. We remembered our lesson earlier on Diversity.
Diversity Week

We introduced the story, Amazing to Foundation in support of Diversity Week. Through role play and discussion we explored how it would feel to have a disability. We know that every person is special and unique. God created us all and His love is the same for every individual.
